This year’s Anime Boston is looking to feature some fun for video game music enthusiasts. Returning with a larger ensemble than last year, the Video Game Orchestra will again be performing their awesome arrangements of much-loved works. Expect the full 90-person ensemble to be present.

Also in attendance will be iconic composer Nobuo Uematsu. He is responsible for defining the Final Fantasy series through its music and has also created works for Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and the Guinsaga anime. Currently he is the founder of SMILE PLEASE (his freelance composition studio), and Dog Ear Records.

Anime Boston is being held April 2-4 at the Hynes Convention Center and Sheraton Hotel. If you’re going to be in the area go grab a ticket before admission is raised again.
